On
exterior surfaces, we will assess if there is any damage from
weather and aging and then treat all the surfaces to be painted
in a manner that will produce the optimum results before paint
is applied:
-
First
we will spray a bleach solution on any mildewed areas.
-
We
wash or pressure-wash all surfaces to clean.
We apply specific kinds of primers to seal stains and rust, cover
bare wood, fill in checked wood (this elastomeric coating fills all
of the cracks in your wood and makes your old wood look like new),
or seal oxidized surfaces.
-
We
caulk all cracks in trim to create a waterproof seal with a fifty-year
durability caulk. This also gives an exceptionally smooth line to
the exterior surface.
-
We
fill all cracks in stucco with an acrylic textured stucco patch.
-
We
paint all surfaces with top-of-the-line Kelly Moore Paints. The semi-gloss
paint is so remarkable that it makes the surfaces painted look and
feel like plastic.
-
We
color-coordinate and paint all roof jacks, gas meters, electrical
boxes and any part of your home or business that will give you the
look and feeling of completion.
-
We
are highly respectful of the areas we work in. We are easy on your
landscaping and you will never see paint where it is not supposed
to be!
-
This
process will leave your home or business completely waterproofed.
Our
level of thoroughness in preparation and painting is our commitment
to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Combined with skilled
color coordination, our work regularly elicits comments from customers
surprised that a house can be painted so beautifully.
We are confident in saying that we
can make your house look better than when it was new!
We
assess damage from stress cracks, wear and tear, aging, water damage,
holes from pictures and hardware, and previous bad workmanship and
then treat all the surfaces to be painted in a manner that will
produce the optimum results before paint is applied.
We are highly respectful of the areas
we work in and we are very dust conscious. All areas to be painted
will be covered with clean paper, plastic and tape. We are available
to contract out our dust-protection services for any other construction
or remodeling projects you may be involved in.
-
We
protect your furniture, art pieces, wood floors and belongings.
-
We
will move and then reset furniture.
-
We
remove and replace window coverings and drapes.
-
We
sand and clean all doors, jams, railings, mantels, cabinets,
book shelves, window frames and sills.
-
We
repair and duplicate textures.
-
We
fill any cracks in your trim with fifty-year durability
caulk.
-
We
will take time to develop a color scheme that will accentuate
and beautify your home or business.
-
We
will advise you on places you can use textures and faux
finishes to bring out the best in your home or business’s
design.
-
We
apply top-of-the-line Kelly Moore Paints in the most professional
and efficient manners.
-
Your
home (or business) will be clean, dusted and vacuumed when
you return every day if that is your need.
-
You
will never see paint where it is not supposed to be!
-
When we are finished with your home or business, people
will walk into your home or business and say, “This
is so beautiful!”
